Websites, identities and tools for clubs and nightlife.

We work with Le Duplex Paris, Loft Club Paris and Le Pacha Club. All three run every night on NightBook, our management software for late-night venues: we did not just build them a website, we run the tool that runs their nights. We know your trade from the inside: the hours, the hosts, the programming that changes every week.

What is not working today, for most venues.

Five situations we find at almost every club that contacts us.

Instagram stands in for a website

The account is active, the stories go out every night, but there is nothing behind them. A customer looking for the address, the hours, the price of a table or Saturday’s line-up has to scroll back through the feed. A journalist, a partner or a brand wanting to hire the room has nowhere serious to land. And none of it is indexed by Google: visibility stops at the existing followers.

Table bookings go through private messages

A DM, a text on a host’s phone, a call to the bar. Nobody has the complete list before 10 p.m. Duplicates get sorted out in front of the customer, no-shows cost the person who does not turn up nothing, and management finds out the night’s takings the next day. That is not a discipline problem, it is a tooling problem.

The programming changes every week, the website never does

A club lives at the rhythm of its nights: an artist, a theme, a date. A frozen brochure site, delivered once, is already wrong a fortnight later. What is needed is a site the team updates itself, in two minutes, from a phone, on the day the poster is ready.

The visual identity dilutes from one poster to the next

Every night has its designer, every promoter their style. After a season, the Instagram account looks like ten different venues and the name of the place is no longer recognisable. An identity that holds does not mean a rigid one: it fixes what does not move so that everything else can change.

Nobody finds you on “club + city”

Searches like “club Paris Saturday”, “book a table nightclub” or “techno night this weekend” go to aggregators and ticketing platforms, which take a commission and keep the customer relationship. A well-built site, with a page per night and an up-to-date Google listing, wins back part of that traffic directly.

What we do for a late-night venue.

Four workstreams, run together or separately depending on what is missing.

A website that sells the night

One page per event, table booking built in, hours and directions in a single screen. The team publishes the nights itself from a phone. Built on Next.js and Vercel: fast on a mobile network at 1 a.m. outside the door.

Website design

An identity that holds on a poster, a story and an LED screen

Logo, typefaces, a poster system that scales night by night, Instagram templates. What we did for Loft Club Paris: a complete identity, applied to the website, the posters, social media and print.

Brand identity

Content produced every week

Posters, short videos, stories and posts, delivered at the pace of the programming. The editorial calendar follows the calendar of the nights, not the other way round.

Content and social media

NightBook for bookings, tables and hosts

Our own software, in production every night at Le Duplex Paris, Loft Club Paris and Le Pacha Club. Bookings with a card hold and a no-show penalty, check-in at the door, CRM, loyalty, reviews, statistics per night and per host, an AI Concierge on WhatsApp and Instagram. We deploy it at your venue and we run it with you during service.

Frequently asked questions.

Do we have to redo the identity to redo the website?

No. If your identity holds, we build the site with it. If it does not, we tell you before we start, and you decide.

Who updates the nights on the website?

Your team, from a phone. We deliver the site with a publishing interface and a one-hour handover. You do not need us to add a date.

Is NightBook mandatory with the website?

No. The site can point to the booking tool you already use. NightBook is what we propose when there is none, or when the one in place no longer keeps up.

Do you work outside the Paris area?

Yes. The site, the identity and the content are done remotely. For NightBook, setup happens over video; we travel for rooms that want us there.

Do you run a club, a bar, a venue?

Describe the venue and what is missing. We reply within two working days.
